Delivery
Our products are delivered directly to you from our manufacturers workroom by a fully insured carrier service so a signature will be required upon delivery.
If we try to deliver while you are out a card will be left giving details of your local collection point. You can contact this collection point to arrange a new convenient delivery time or call and collect your package yourself. You must sign for all deliveries as unchecked.

Non Mainland Charges for Isle of Man; Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight: £24.95
Highlands & Islands of Scotland: £26.95
Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands and Western Europe: £29.95

DELIVERY TIME FRAMES
For Blackout Roller blinds please allow up to 10 days
For Laminated Roller Blinds please allow approximately 3 weeks
For Roman Blinds and Curtains please allow approximately 4 weeks.
For our Wall Stickers please allow 7 days for them to be sent to you directly from our manufacturer in Mainland Europe.
Delivery times are approximate and can vary.
For the majority of time, your order will be with you prior to the approximate delivery times.
Conversely, should we have delays with fabric being out of stock or our workrooms being extremely busy, we will always notify you as soon as we are aware that there may be a delay with your order.
